What happens after I have completed checkout?

As soon as you have completed checkout we are notified via email. You will receive an email from Paypal first, which is your receipt. Then you will receive an email from us soon after (usually within an hour) confirming that your order has been processed and that your sling is being posted that day. We understand that the one drawback of purchasing online is waiting for your item to arrive! It is our aim to minimise this wait as much as possible. We strive to post the same day. If for some unforeseen reason this is not possible, we express post your sling free of charge.

 

 

Can I pay with my Credit Card?

YES! You can buy direct from our site via our Paypal checkout with your Credit Card. On the checkout page (left side half way down the page) you will find a Credit Card option. Click on the link and away you go!

 

What sort of fabric are Beep Beep slings?

All of our slings are made from 100% cotton, which makes them able to be machine washed & gentle on your baby's skin.

 

 

What's in a parcel from Beep Beep?

We post our slings in Australia Post tough-packs. They are sturdy and biodegradable. We use regular postal services unless otherwise requested.
When you receive your parcel from us, you will find your sling neatly folded in a cellophane bag so that it is protected from the elements on its journey. It's folded in such a way that it is ready to use, so be aware of this when taking it out of the packet. It will come with swing tags attached and a card with images showing you how to put your sling on. Washing instructions are sewn into the lining in a place where it will not be visible if you decide to wear your sling reversed (plain lining side facing out.)

Postage and handling?

We offer free postage and handling within Australia and New Zealand!

Postage costs to anywhere else in the world are approx $13 AUD

 

What if my sling is the wrong size?

If you find your sling is the wrong size you can contact us via our contact page to discuss exchange or refund. If you have any size doubts before purchasing, contact us with your size and query. We can confidently recommend sizes and will be able to give you tips and pointers that may help you decide.

 

 
 

What's the deal with sizes?

The sizes medium and large are dependent on the size of the adult wearing the sling - not the size of the baby. So if you usually wear a ladies size 8, 10, 12 or 14 you would choose a medium. If you wear 14, 16 or 18, you would choose a large. We usually recommend large for dads.

 

 

 

Does Beep Beep post slings internationally?

Yes! We are happy to post your sling anywhere in the world. When you have purchased your sling and we find the postal address is international, we will use the official Australia Post calculator to find out how much it will cost to send your sling to you. We will then send you a paypal link to our checkout for that amount. As soon as you have paid the extra postage we will send your sling!
